There is a 30 day exchange or refund policy from date of invoice. Merchandise must be unused, unengraved, in new and perfect condition, in original packaging.
Holiday Gifts: When purchasing in November indicate in the special instruction box "holiday gift" and you receive an extended return policy until 1/10.
Original freight charges to customer will be deducted from refund. Call for a return authorization number before returning any products.
Returns received past 30 days, or without a proper RA# if accepted will incur a 10%-20% re-stocking fee.
Spend $99.00 or more and shipping is free! Ace Luggage & Gifts offers FREE ground delivery within the Continental United States on all orders exceeding $99.00. A shipping and handling charge of $6.95 will be added to any order under $99.00
We ship UPS, United States Postal Service, and Fedex.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS, but we will use USPS 2-3 Priority Mail Service when it is a small package and advantageous to the customer. If you have a preference please indicate it in our special instructions box.
All forms of next day, two day and three day air services are available. Please contact us so we can go over the details of these services in regard to your order. Hawaii, Alaska and Canadian orders must call or email customer service to go over shipping options.
