RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
There is a 30 day exchage or refund policy from date of invoice. Merchandise must be unused, unengraved, in new and perfect condition, in original packaging. Original freight charges to customer will be deducted from refund. Call for a return authorization number before returning any products.
SHIPPING
Spend $75.00 or more and shipping is free! Ace Luggage & Gifts offers FREE ground delivery within the Continental United States on all orders exceeding $75.00. A shipping and handling charge of $5.95 will be added to any order under $75.00
We ship UPS, Postal Service, and Fedex.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS, but we will use USPS 2-3 Priorty mail service when it is advantageous to the customer. If you have a preference please indicate it in our special instructions box.
All forms of next day, two day and three day air services are available. Please contact us so we can go over the details of these services in regard to your order.
